Perry Farrell Slams Dave Navarro's Rock Star Talent Show  7/10/07

Rocker Perry Farrell has hit out at his former band mate Dave Navarro's role as a judge on TV talent show Rock Star Supernova & Rock Star INXS - insisting "music isn't a competition".

Farrell hates the way music is used for reality TV shows, and isn't impressed with his former Jane's Addiction pal's involvement in the CBS program.

He tells Mojo, "Music isn't a competition - it's about expressing yourself.

There are no awards at Lollapalooza; it's just 130 different acts sharing a stage."
