The Police Cancel MTV Unplugged 7/12/07 Reformed rockers The Police have pulled the plug on a planned MTV Unplugged episode, which was to shoot on unlucky Friday the 13th (Jul07). No reason was given for the cancellation of the show, which was set to have taken place in Miami, Florida, as WENN went to press. The official word is the acoustic showcase at an undisclosed location has been postponed, but no new date has been set.
