Actor Mel Gibson has sold his 76 acre estate for a staggering $40
million to an unnamed buyer.
The actor-turned-filmmaker sold the Connecticut property which boasts
12 bathrooms, a cinema, two guest houses, a pool and its own maze.
Gibson still owns properties in Malibu, California, Australia and
Guanacaste, Costa Rica. He also owns Mago Island in Fiji which he bought
in 2004 for $16 million.
