TOP 10 COMIC FINALISTS FACE FIRST CHALLENGE AND HEAD-TO-HEAD SHOWDOWN  

The top 10 finalists from the semi-finals arrive in Hollywood and are randomly paired with one another in their first challenge, The Heckle. After the comics have had a turn performing and heckling, the theater audience votes for their favorites. 

Top heckler and performer are granted immunity, and the comic with the most votes will be awarded a spot in the Howie Mandel –hosted gala at the prestigious Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal. Before heading into the showdown, the comics are treated to makeovers at a luxurious spa/salon. Afterwards, one comic chooses two opponents in the first head-to-head showdown where the theater audience votes for their favorite and the other two comics are sent home. 

Alonzo Bodden, ANT and Kathleen Madigan are the talent scouts and actor and comedian Bill Bellamy ("Def Comedy Jam") hosts the Emmy-nominated series.
