Khloe Karadashian Jailed For Three Days 7/15/08

Hollywood socialite Khloe Kardashian has been sentenced to three days in prison for violating her probation on a driving under the influence (DUI) charge.

The sister of reality TV and sex tape star Kim Kardashian was given her sentence on 3 July (08) and has until 18 July to serve the time in Los Angeles County jail. Kardashian, 24, was arrested for DUI in March 2007 and placed on 36 months probation, but she violated the terms of the order by not attending alcohol education classes.

LA City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan confirms, "She admitted to failing to complete (roadside cleanup duty) and enrol in an alcohol education class."

A spokesman for Kardashian tells People.com, "Khloe is ready and willing to serve out her sentence, no matter how long and where, and have this resolved."
