Eminem Sued by US Cable Network 6/4/05

Eminem is locked in a legal battle with a US cable network over failed plans for a televised concert.

Bosses at Showtime Networks are suing Eminem and his Shady Touring company, claiming they negotiated with the Without Me rapper for two years to try to set up a live concert on one of the network's pay channels. According to All Hip Hop, executives at the network claim that the rap superstar's inability to have a firm release date and his tour schedule prevented negotiations from taking place.
