Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner Wed in the Caribbean  6/30/05

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have wed in a top secret Caribbean ceremony.

The couple, who began dating last July (04), have also used the happy occasion to confirm reports the actress is expecting their first child.

Affleck and Garner exchanged vows at the exclusive Parrot Cay resort on the Turks and Caicos Islands last night (29JUN05).

The couple's publicists Ken Sunshine and Nicole Ken Sunshine and Nicole King confirmed both the wedding and baby news today (30JUN05).

This is the first marriage for Affleck, who was formerly engaged to Jennifer Lopez. Garner divorced husband Scott Foley in March 2004.

Affleck obviously likes wedding ceremonies at spa resorts - he was due to wed Lopez at the Baccara Spa resort in Santa Barbara, California in 2003, but the ceremony was called off due to security concerns.

It's not the first brush with celebrity romance for the Caribbean paradise - both Matthew McConaughey and Penelope Cruz and Sir Paul McCartney and Heather Mills McCartney spent romantic getaways at the resort earlier this year (05).
