Leonardo DiCaprio Files Restraining Order 6/30/05

Leonardo DiCaprio has reportedly taken out a restraining order against a Nevada man who has been sending him letters after missing out on a job with the movie hunk.

America's Us Weekly magazine claims Mark Fortado has been told to leave DiCaprio alone by authorities in Las Vegas after the actor, who owns property in Sin City, filed his order there.

Fortado has allegedly kept corresponding with DiCaprio after he was turned down for a job with the actor's management company.
