Danni Minogue Struggled With Pressure of Kylie's Cancer  6/5/06

Australian singer Danni Minogue is angry the media refused to respect her sister Kylie's privacy during her cancer battle.

Spinning Around star Kylie was diagnosed with breast cancer last year (05) and Dannii bore the brunt of press questions about the status of her sibling's recovery.

Dannii is overjoyed her sister is now in full remission after undergoing intensive treatment, but she is still upset that journalists refused to treat Kylie with more respect.

She says, "It put me under such pressure because everyone was asking me questions.

"I tried to do that gracefully, but I wanted to say, 'Stop!' I can't know everything every second of the day. You just can't live like that.

"I'm super protective of my family and I think, if Kylie asked for privacy when she's never asked for it before, it was because she was battling something really scary."
