Nicollette Sheridan Sued by Former Manager  6/9/06

British-born actress Nicollette Sheridan is being sued by her former manager, who claims she broke an agreement to pay him a proportion of her earnings.

In court papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday (08JUN06), Rob Lee claims he began working with Sheridan when her career "consisted primarily of occasional appearances on television".

He alleges he persuaded his client to attend an audition for Desperate Housewives, and forced her to attend a second audition where her "entertainment career was reborn".

The lawsuit states Sheridan paid Lee 10 per cent of her gross income but payments ceased when she dispensed of his services in November 2004. Lee is seeking $500,000 in damages.
