Kathy Continues To Date www.OffTheDList.com With Sanjaya In The Lead To Take Her On A Celebrity Couple Date

BURBANK, Calif. - June 7, 2007 – "I married for love like a fool, so this time around I only want to date men who are a photo-op," says Bravo's "D-Lister" Kathy Griffin who is hoping to gain more exposure by dating A-List celebrities. "My staff's got their marching orders and I better be parading in front of the paparazzi with some worthy fellows soon." Just who will Griffin go out with in order to gain exposure? Find out on a hilarious episode of "Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List," airing Tuesday, June 12 at 10PM ET/PT.

With a whopping 72 percent of votes, Sanjaya leads the pack of celebrities to take Griffin from the bottom of the D-List to possible A-List potential. The voting continues at www.OffTheDList.com where fans are invited to vote for which celebrity Griffin should date to get off the D-List and create a potential "Brangelina" Kathy Power Couple name. Other possible dates include: Larry Birkhead, Kevin Federline, Mario Lopez or Prince William.

On the second episode Griffin goes out on a date with Backstreet Boy Nick Carter, "I love when Nick sang to me, I could listen to that all night," says a starry-eyed Griffin. "I was literally filled with glee in a school-girl type of way." But, the date goes sour when, much to Griffin's chagrin, Carter's publicist stops the paparazzi from taking pictures of the couple. Says Griffin, "Nick was very cute, but if he's not willing to pose for even one photo with me, then I have no more use for him." Later on Griffin goes to a corporate gig in Tucson and falls short, "I bombed. I tried to gear the material toward them, but no, they wouldn't have it." Griffin also travels to Michigan where she hosts a chili cook off, but she doesn't receive the warmest reception, in fact, it's downright "chili." At least the "drunk guys love me," she says.
