Britney Spears appears to be reaching out to her estranged mother Lynne in a coded message on her official website.

The troubled singer, 25, and her mum Lynne reportedly fell out earlier this year (07) after the star felt she had been 'pushed' into entering rehab after months of hard partying following her split from husband Kevin Federline.

Earlier this month (Jun07), Spears posted a message on her website asking fans to name her next album.

Over the weekend (23-24Jun07), the message was updated to include the words "You'll never see it my way because you're not me" and "Mother to grandmother, and my my you're grand".

Lynne recently told Us Weekly magazine, "You go into a time in your life with the world watching and you are just trying to figure yourself out

"It's sad that the whole world had to watch her make mistakes that all of us have made at one time or another.

"Britney Jean Spears is the sweetest and the most sensitive and loving of all my children. She's just figuring things out."
