Eva Mendes Denied Entry To Party At heath Ledger's Flats 6/5/08

Actress Eva Mendes was turned away from a party in the block of flats where Hollywood actor Heath Ledger died after the landlords called it off.

Fashion house Calvin Klein threw a party in the penthouse of the New York block of flats - one floor above the unit where Ledger lived and died in January (08) - on Wednesday (04June08). But the landlords - who were unaware of the party - called it off.

A video if Mendes leaving the soiree has been posted on celebrity website TMZ.com. Ledger died in January (08), aged 28, after accidentally overdosing on prescription drugs at his New York apartment.
