Justin Timberlake Plans His Own Record Label  3/17/05

Pop hunk Justin Timberlake is following in his pal Pharrell Williams' footsteps- by launching his own record label.

Timberlake has often praised the N*E*R*D hunk's Star Trak Entertainment label, and is hoping to be equally successful with his own imprint.

The 'N SYNC singer and his manager Johnny Wright have joined forces with America's Atlantic Records create their own currently unnamed label.

But the Rock Your Body star has already signed up the company's first artist, a musician who grew up with Timberlake in Memphis, Tennessee.
