Ashton Kutcher: Demi & The Girls Can't be Punk'd  3/21/05

Hollywood's most famous practical joker Ashton Kutcher has assured his nearest and dearest that he'd never prank them for his hit MTV show Punk'd - because he needs to make sure they can trust him.

The actor fears that if he was ever in a real emergency situation, his girlfriend Demi Moore and her daughters might think he was joking - unless he insisted he'll never prank them.

Kutcher says, "Basically, there are about four people who are completely off-limits. If something serious were ever to go down, like if something happens to one of the girls and I had to call Demi, I can't have been the boy who cried wolf.

"If it's a real situation and I need help, or she needs help, you've got to be able to be there for each other."

Kutcher admits he has also given up on trying to punk his best pals.

He adds, "They're all wise to it, and if anything goes down, they're immediately thinking something's up."
