Ashton Kutcher Compares Paparazzi to Stalkers  3/21/05

Ashton Kutcher has advised celebrity stalkers they have a good chance of getting away with their illegal actions if they wield cameras.

The Just Married star, who became a highly-sought paparazzi target once he began dating Demi Moore, is disgusted with the way photographers can tail him in a manner close to crazed fans but never be branded stalkers.

He moans, "I don't want paparazzi sitting at the bottom of my driveway, and they're there every day... There's absolutely nothing you can do about it.

There's no laws.

"I don't care to have someone up on a hill shooting down into my house that I'm working on. I don't want it.

"And the law is if they have a camera, it's not considered stalking. That's the difference. If a stalker carried a camera around and said that he was thinking about selling his pictures, he could legally stalk, so for all you stalkers out there, there you go."
