Nelly to Resume Tour on Sunday  3/30/05

Hip-hop star Nelly plans to resume his Sweat Suit Tour on Sunday (03APR05), after taking time out to mourn the death of his sister Jacqueline Donahue. 

The rapper's sister passed away on 24 March (05), following a three-year battle with leukemia, which prompted Nelly to postpone his tour. And Nelly, real name Cornell Haynes, has now announced through his representative that he will postpone this week's (ends01APR05) remaining two dates and resume the tour on Sunday in his hometown of St Louis, Missouri, where he'll be rejoined by tour mates Fat Joe and TI. Nelly plans to make up the shows he missed, but dates have yet to be scheduled. In the meantime, Fat Joe and TI have been performing spot dates across the US, reports MTV.com.
