Anderson: "I Could Be Suing Everybody for Misrepresenting or
Misjudging Character"
SHOW AIRS ON THURSDAY, MARCH 31, 2005
BURBANK, Calif. – March 31, 2005– In an interview with "Access
Hollywood," Pamela Anderson says she supports pop star Britney
Spears' latest attack on the tabloid media. The interview airs on
"Access Hollywood," Thursday, March 31, 2005 (check local
listings for time and station).
Anderson says she can relate to Spears, who lashed out at the tabloid
media in her latest website posting. "I could be suing everybody for
misrepresenting or misjudging character," she says. "At the end
of the day, hopefully people realize that the tabloids are just awful.
They sell magazines based on negative stories about people, I mean no
one's going to buy happy stories."
The actress, star of Fox's upcoming sitcom "Stacked," also
reveals that she won't allow any tabloid magazines in her presence.
"I had them all removed from my set," she says. "I don't
have them at my house, and I don't have them in my limos or cars. I just
said, 'Look, I don't want any of that stuff around me.'"
"Access Hollywood" is produced by NBC and distributed by NBC
Universal Domestic Television Distribution. Rob K. Silverstein is the
