Colin Farrell Evading Lawsuit  3/3/06

Irish heart throb Colin Farrell has been blasted by lawyers representing his ex-girlfriend Nicole Narain for repeatedly dodging requests to participate in the sex tape lawsuit he filed last July (05).

The Alexander actor has failed to complete necessary paperwork for his complaint against the Playboy Playmate, citing a string of personal and work-related excuses.

Narain's lawyer, Leodis Matthews says, "We've been trying to do the plaintiff's deposition for the last three months. We've heard everything from (drug) rehabilitation to travel outside the country."

Farrell is seeking general and compensatory damages as well as an injunction prohibiting the promotion and sale of the tape, made three years ago.
