Best pals Salma Hayek and Penelope Cruz like to compete when they go out clubbing - by seeing who can pull off the worst dancing.

The lovely Latinas are both terrific movers but they have more fun trying to lose their natural rhythm.

Hayek reveals, "We start competing about who can dance the worst and who can make the silliest dance, the most ridiculous moves, completely against the rhythm and it's not easy, not when you're Latin and naturally you have (moves).

You have to fight your natural instincts."

The actresses don't even need to hit the dancefloor to show off their anti-dancing skills.

Hayek adds, "We do face dancing - you don't move anything in your body... but you just dance with your face."
