Brittany Murphy Loves New Domestic Duties  3/21/06

Actress Brittany Murphy is surprised by her newly-developed domestic urges, and now aspires to be the perfect housewife.

The Just Married star has been engaged to fiancé Joe Macaluso since December (05) and is reveling in her newfound domestic bliss.

She explains, "I think there's truth to so may of the clichés related to the whole love, engagement and marriage thing.

"I never expected to be a lot of things I've become, like a really gooey person.

"But I want to be a better homemaker. I want to learn how to cook well.

"I really enjoy making my fiancé, Joe, happy and doing my wifely duties.

"I don't mean to erase all of the work our parents did for women's lib - that's huge - but I love being Joe's girl."
