Justin Timberlake Slams Split Rumors  3/25/06

Justin Timberlake has hit out at speculation he is on the brink of splitting with girlfriend Cameron Diaz, branding the allegations "garbage".

The singer has been dating actress Diaz for almost three years, but his reluctance to propose has prompted rumours he is on the verge of dumping her.

A source tells the New York Daily News, "Justin has told friends he's 'confused'.

"He likes Cameron a lot. But he's 25. He says he just doesn't know how committed he can be. He needs space. Cameron is a little controlling."

However, Timberlake's publicist, Ken Sunshine, has blasted the whispers, insisting the couple remain blissfully happy together.

He says, "It's complete garbage."
