Nick Lachey Linked to MTV Host  3/30/06

Former 98 Degrees star Nick Lachey was spotted getting hot and heavy with sexy MTV host Vanessa Minnillo in New York City on Monday (27MAR06) night.

The couple reportedly got close when Minnillo appeared in Lachey's upcoming video, What's Left of Me, according to US magazine People.

The song deals with Lachey's break-up from Jessica Simpson, who Minnillo stands in for in the video.

The pair were spotted in a curtained-off area at the Underbar under the W Hotel in Union Square and were later seen "doing an R-rated bump-and-grind on the dance floor."

A witness tells the publication, "I saw tongues on skin."

The following day (28MAR06), the pair dined with friends at Fiamma in SoHo and then went on to hotel 60 Thompson, where they stayed until nearly 1:30 am and were then seen hopping into a cab with several pals.

When asked about the reports, a friend of Lachey says, "Nick's a single guy."
