Elizabeth Hurley Weds Early  3/4/07

Elizabeth Hurley and Arun Nayar married in secret Friday (02MAR07), a day before they were due to wed, according to reports.

The couple were expected to tie the knot in a civil ceremony at Sudeley Castle in Gloucestershire today (03MAR07), followed by a blessing at a nearby church.

But reports claim Hurley, 41 and Nayar, 42, held the service in private at the castle with just two witnesses.

A source tells British newspaper the Daily Mirror, "Only six or seven people knew about the first service. Elizabeth wanted just a few hours of knowing that the most precious people in her life knew about it first.

"They wanted to enjoy their wedding night alone."

"And now they are having a big, public blessing with all their celebrity friends."

Stars including Sir Elton John, Elle MacPherson and Donatella Versace will flock to Sudeley Castle today to attend a spectacular bash as well as the blessing, which will be conducted by local vicar, Reverend John Partington.
