Baby Dannielynn Swabbed for DNA Testing  3/22/07

Anna Nicole Smith's baby daughter Dannielynn was swabbed this morning for DNA testing, according to US reports.

The test was ordered yesterday (20MAR07) by a Bahamian court judge in a bid to determine who is the father of the six-month-old baby.

Smith's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead insists he's the baby's biological dad, while the tragic model's companion/lawyer was named as the father on Dannielynn's birth certificate.

Meanwhile, back in Florida, where Anna Nicole died last month (FEB07), the medical examiner investigating the cause of death insists reports of an accidental overdose are ridiculous.

Dr Joshua Perper says, "There is no such thing as suicide by accident. In order for the manner of death to be suicidal, it has to be the intention of the person to take their own life."

Dr Perper has confirmed he is evaluating new evidence in the case and hopes to release his findings as soon as next Monday (26MAR07).

He plans to stage a press conference where the exact cause of death will be released.
