Anna Nicole Smith's Company Shut Down Over Tax Problems  3/22/07

A corporation Anna Nicole Smith started in 2002 has been suspended from doing business by the US Franchise Tax Board - because it owes more than $30,000 in back taxes.

Smith was the president of Hot Smoochie Lips Inc, a company run by her longtime companion and lawyer Howard K. Stern.

The company owes $28,945 in corporate taxes and a further $8,920 in California property taxes, according to website TMZ.
