Wife Takes Action to Stop Hulk Hogan Talking About Divorce  3/5/08

Hulk Hogan's estranged wife Linda Bollea has taken legal action to try and prevent the wrestler from involving their teenage son Nick in their pending divorce.

Bollea has filed papers in a Pinellas County, Florida court alleging that Hogan has used the 17-year-old to deliver marital messages to her and that Nick has become "withdrawn and conflicted" as a result.

Bollea also says she has no interest in selling the family's Florida home - but claims Hogan has told Nick that if they don't sell the property there could be a negative outcome in the teenager's upcoming reckless driving trial, which involves a serious bodily injury charge.

Nick had his driving license suspended for a year in November (07) after officials deemed him a dangerous driver, following an August (07) accident that left his friend John Graziano needing nursing care for the rest of his life.

Bollea wants the court to order Hogan to cease talking to Nick about their divorce, reports website TMZ.

Hogan and Bollea have two children together - daughter Brooke, 19, and Nick, for whom Bollea is claiming primary custody and child support.
