Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes Wait for Dream Home at Scientology Center  3/6/08

Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes and their kids Connor, Isabella and Suri are living in an apartment at the Scientology Celebrity Center in Los Angeles while their $40 million dream home is being renovated.

The wait will be worth it - when work on the Beverly Hills mansion is completed, the palace will feature a dining room that seats 20 and a home theatre that accommodates 50, according to Life & Style magazine.
