Brooke Shields Rep Denies Fake Tan Halted Lipstick Jungle Filming  3/11/08

Brooke Shields' representatives have hit back at reports she has stalled filming on her latest TV show Lipstick Jungle because of her excessive use of fake tan.

The Suddenly Susan star was accused of lathering herself in fake tan by the show's guest star Leven Rambin, stating the actress was desperate to sport a bronzed look for scheduled sex scenes.

Rambin claims Shield went overboard with a tanning agent, turning herself orange and halting further filming on series.

However, Rambin's claim has been refuted by a spokesperson for Shields, who tells The Scoop the actress has never used self-tanning products: "This is totally not true.
