DESPITE HIS TIRELESS CAMPAIGNING EFFORTS TO REMAIN IN THE HOUSE, BIG
BROTHER HOUSEGUESTS VOTE TO EVICT MATT
Head of Household James Casts the Deciding Vote To Break a 3-3 Tie
Matt Becomes the First Juror to Be Sequestered
After being nominated for eviction by Head of Household James Zinkand
and following a week of hard campaigning, Matt McDonald was evicted last
night from the BIG BROTHER House. Matt was ousted by a vote of 4-3, with
Head of Household James' deciding vote breaking the 3-3 tie.
On Tuesday, James won the Power of Veto, and chose to remove Sheila,
one of his original nominations, and replace her with Matt. Matt then
joined Ryan on the chopping block.
During last night's live broadcast, Matt McDonald, the 23-year-old
roofing foreman from Charlestown, Mass. learned his fate and left the
House. After leaving BIG BROTHER, Matt was interviewed by Julie Chen about
his experience. He becomes the first jury member.
After last night's eviction, the Houseguests competed in a game called
"On Guard," in which Houseguests squared off in head-to-head
"duels" where they were asked questions based on quotes that
evicted Houseguests made in the diary room. Houseguests had to answer the
question correctly to avoid elimination. Whomever answered the question
correctly, selected the next two Houseguests to "duel." The last
Houseguest remaining became the new Head of Household. Adam Jasinski, the
29-year-old public relations manager from Delray Beach, Fla. via Cherry
Hill, N.J., won the coveted position.
Following are the 16 Houseguests, listed in alphabetical order, who compete in the first- ever winter edition of BIG BROTHER: 'TIL DEATH
