The
Ladies Compete in a Rugby Fame to Win Matt's Heart Tonight on The
Bachelor 3/31/08
MATT SELECTS TWO LUCKY BACHELORETTES FOR THE FIRST ONE-ON-ONE DATES,
AND TEN OF THE LADIES COMPETE IN A SEXY GAME OF RUGBY TO WIN HIS HEART, ON
ABC'S "THE BACHELOR: LONDON CALLING," MONDAY, MARCH 31
"Episode 1203" -- Matt turns up the heat on a glamorous
one-on-one date with Holly to a private Hollywood screening and on a
romantic tryst with Shayne at a California winery, with both rendezvous
having a high-stakes rose on the line -- if the bachelorette doesn't
receive a rose, she goes home. The Bachelor's group date with ten women to
play a steamy game of rugby - Matt's favorite English sport - gets down
and dirty as the bachelorettes try to impress him with their athletic
prowess. Even with more individual time with his ladies, Matt is more
confused than ever about which women are right for him, on a special
90-minute edition of "The Bachelor: London Calling," MONDAY,
MARCH 31 (9:36-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.
On the first one-on-one date, Matt escorts Holly to Mann's Chinese
Theater for a private Hollywood movie screening of Columbia Pictures'
upcoming romantic comedy, "Made of Honor," starring Patrick
Dempsey, which will premiere May 2. The couple are treated like
celebrities as they walk the red carpet, are blinded by the flash of
paparazzi cameras, interviewed by television crews and even cement-cast
their handprints like the big screen stars.
A lusty group date finds ten bachelorettes facing off in a game of
rugby. The competition gets ugly when Marshana falls to the ground after
getting elbowed in the face. Later, Matt takes the women back to his
Bachelor pad to wind down, but not before Kelly steals him away for a
sensual massage. Then Robin removes him for some one-on-one time,
revealing her feelings for him and planting a kiss. Matt eventually
decides to hand out the date rose to the woman who wowed him on the rugby
field.
On the second one-on-one date, the Bachelor picks up Shayne in his
Maserati for a romantic evening at a winery in Ojai, California. She
reveals that her famous father is actor Lorenzo Lamas. She stresses to
Matt that although she is only 22, she is really ready to get married and,
coming from a broken home, never wants to get divorced. The couple
continue their conversation over dinner, then later become intimate with a
hot kiss by the fire.
Matt tries to snag as much one-on-one time with as many women as
possible at the cocktail party to determine which women are right for him.
And the bachelorettes set off fireworks trying to make a lasting
impression on Matt. Chelsea steals a kiss from the Bachelor, Noelle breaks
down crying because she hasn't gotten time alone with Matt, and Robin
steals him away, causing an uproar among the other women. The
bachelorettes then confront Robin, the most hated woman in the house.
Later Matt sends three women home in tears, leaving nine bachelorettes to
continue the fairytale journey.

Amanda R., 27, an account executive from Niceville, FL.
Amy, 22, a nanny from Stockton, CA.
