Jessica Simpson: "I Haven't Bought A House in Nashville" 3/28/08 Singer/actress Jessica Simpson has denied she's making Nashville, Tennessee her permanent home. The 27-year-old has been recording her country-themed new album in the city, and, according to the Nashville Post newspaper, has now spent $3.47 million on a seven-bedroom house in the same posh suburb where LeAnn Rimes lives. But Simpson's representative has dismissed the report, telling OK! magazine Simpson "absolutely did not buy a house in Nashville".
