Renee Zellweger Missed Out on an Engagement Ring  5/11/05

Renee Zellweger's wedding to Kenny Chesney was planned over such a short span of time, the actress didn't even get an engagement ring. 

On Monday (09MAY05), the couple shocked fans when they announced they'd wed that day on the Caribbean island of St John in a beach ceremony. 

Chesney's publicist Holly Gleason reveals, "She doesn't even have an engagement ring." The couple met at the Concert of Hope tsunami fundraiser concert on 15 January (05), with their romance becoming public knowledge just last week (ends06MAY05).
