Elizabeth Hurley used friends and family to try out her new range of swimwear, but she has made less than flattering comments about their "real" physiques.

The actress-turned-designer sought to reassure larger fans of her new clothes they can look great too - but let slip some of her pals are "extra-large" too.

She says, "All the fittings I've done on my sister and her real friends. So, all the large and extra large bikini bottoms have been tested on real girls."
