Carrie Underwood or Bo Bice...who will be the next American Idol?

LOS ANGELES, CA, May 20 /PRNewswire/ - The next American Idol is about to be declared...will it be Carrie Underwood or Bo Bice? Sportsbook.com has updated its odds for the season finale and has Bo Bice the favorite with odds at 5-8.

Carrie Underwood has been Sportsbook.com's favorite all season but now sits closely behind Bice at 7-5. The two competitors are known for their completely different styles - Bice the Alabama rocker and Underwood the country girl.

"Our odds have certainly changed after their most recent performances," said Alex Czajkowski, Marketing Director, Sportsbook.com. "We thought Carrie was a shoe-in but Bo took it to a whole new level this week. Either way it's likely to be a tight race and we wish them luck."

The final performance and voting takes place Tuesday, May 24, with the winner declared on Wednesday, May 25 in a two-hour finale.
