Ashanti Forks Out Big Cash to Have Closet Cleaned  5/21/05

R&B beauty Ashanti has such an intense dislike for cleaning out her own closet, she often pays her younger relatives as much as $300 (GBP157) to carry out the task for her.

The Foolish singer admits that her sister and cousin are prepared to sort through and organise her clothes for her - as long as she hands over a bundle of cash at the end.

Ashanti says, "I have two closets and when I go home to pack I'm like, 'I just can't do it.' There's too many things all over the place.

"(I pay them) one flat fee. (The amount) depends on how dirty it is. It can get up to about... $300."
