Thousands of Fans Sing Happy Birthday to Kylie Minogue  5/29/05

Kylie Minogue's sister Dannii yesterday (28MAY05) got thousands of homosexual fans to sing Happy Birthday to her elder sibling - despite being 8,000 miles away.

Dannii performed at the Gay Day concert in San Francisco, California, where she telephoned Kylie and was joined by 15,000 fans in wishing her a great 37th birthday.

Prior to her performance, Dannii had been by Kylie's bedside in Melbourne, Australia, since her operation for breast cancer on 21 May (05).

An insider says, "It was a tough one for Dannii to leave Kylie, but Dannii had agreed to perform a long time before."
