Paris Hilton Dumps Stavros Niarchos to Promote Album  5/3/06

Hotel heiress Paris Hilton has reportedly ditched Greek shipping heir Stavros Niarchos because he wanted to spend all summer partying, while she plans to promote her upcoming album.

The US socialite allegedly broke off the relationship just before leaving for Austria on Thursday (27APR06), where she made a brief promotional appearance at a music festival for a reported fee of $1 million.

A source tells American publication US Weekly, "Paris dumped him. He wanted Paris to spend the summer on his yacht, but she doesn't want to party with kids on a boat. She's going to promote her album."

Hilton was back in the US on Monday (01MAY06), where she met football player Matt Leinart for lunch, sparking rumors that the two were dating.

The source adds, "There's an attraction, but they haven't hooked up."
