Nicollette Sheridan Punk'd During Restaurant Proposal  5/8/06

Desperate Housewives star Nicollette Sheridan fell foul of US practical joke show Punk'd when she found herself caught up in a romantic boyfriend's restaurant proposal.

The actress and her fiancé Michael Bolton, who was in on the joke, were dining out in Los Angeles when the hopeless romantic next to them asked her to help him find the ring he'd misplaced.

As Sheridan started looking for the lost gem under tables, the actress playing the boy's girlfriend grew irritable and annoyed - accusing the actress of messing up the big proposal.

The Punk'd episode airs in America tonight (08MAY06).
