Britney Spears Shocked by Naked Sculpture  5/10/06

Pop superstar Britney Spears was "dumbfounded" when she first saw a sculpture of her naked on all fours, giving birth on a bearskin rug.

The Toxic singer found the anti-abortion artwork, called Monument To Pro-Life: The Birth Of Sean Preston, hilarious. Daniel Edwards' work went on display at the Capla Kesting Fine Art gallery in Brooklyn, New York City, last month (APR06).

She says, "I think it's the most hysterical thing I've ever seen in my life.

"My assistant and I were totally dumbfounded when we saw it. We couldn't believe somebody actually did this."

However, Spears has no interest in buying the sculpture for her Malibu, California, home.

She adds, "No thanks. They can display it somewhere, but not in my beautiful home."
