NEW YORK - May 11, 2006 - Following a special two-hour episode of
"Deal or No
Deal," NBC's "The Apprentice" will air on Monday, May
15 at 10-11 p.m. ET/PT. The final five candidates are challenged to create
an in-store display area at Wal-Mart for customers to demo the new Xbox
360. The team to build the most compelling in-store promotion, as
determined by Wal-Mart and Microsoft executives, wins the task and a trip
to Hollywood to meet DreamWorks Animation Studios Executive, Jeffrey
Katzenberg.
After a corporate re-shuffle, one candidate feels undermined by his
team who isn't taking his ideas seriously, while the other team worries
that their display will not be completed in time. The winners meet with
Katzenberg, who coaches them through a voice-over session for the new
animation film "Over the Hedge," starring Bruce Willis and Steve
Carell.
Sean (London) takes the lead on the NBC.com voting polls with 29
percent barely inching out Roxanne (Austin, Tx.) who follows with 28
percent of the votes and Lee close behind with 23 percent.
