Larry King "Sad" at Paris Hilton Jail Term  5/8/07

US TV veteran Larry King has expressed his sadness at socialite Paris Hilton's jail sentencing, but declares there is "no excuse for drink driving".

The reality TV star and hotel heiress has been sentenced to 45 days behind bars after violating her probation following an alcohol-related arrest last year (06).

CNN presenter King says, "I think it's sad. But there's no excuse for drunk driving. None. You can't give me one good reason to drunk drive. Inexcusable."
