Keira Knightley's Pride and Prejudice Romance  5/10/07

Keira Knightley and boyfriend Rupert Friend keep their love alive by reenacting their romantic characters from the film on which they met.

Friend, 25, recently bought the actress a limited-edition copy of Jane Austen's Pride & Prejudice, which was adapted into the hit 2005 film, which featured the pair.

And friends claim he goes out of his way to be as dashing as possible - just like his character George Wickham in the period romance.

A pal tells Life & Style magazine, "Jane Austen is an inside joke between Keira and Rupert because he always teases her about all the period movies she's done.

"He even sometimes calls her Lizzie, the character she played in Pride & Prejudice.

"He reads her love poems and cooks her romantic meals. He knows it's the simple pleasures that really make her happy."
