Larry Birkhead & Howard Stern Fight to Amend Anna Nicole Smith's Will  5/15/07

One-time love rivals and feuding fathers Howard K Stern and Larry Birkhead are back in court - fighting for additions to Anna Nicole Smith's will.

Both of the tragic model's former lovers filed requests regarding Smith's will yesterday (14May07).

Stern has filed a petition asking for the probate of the will and to be named as administrator of the estate, while Birkhead has filed a petition asking to be named guardian of the estate of his daughter with Anna, Dannielynn.

Because the will was drafted prior to her son's death and the birth of her daughter last year (Sep06), the baby girl's name is not mentioned in the initial will.

In that document, Smith left everything to her son Daniel, who died three days after his baby sister was born.

A hearing has been set regarding the will next month (Jun07).
