Nelly
Looks to Work With Bruce Springsteen
5/16/07
Rapper Nelly is branching out of hip-hop and collaborating with Bruce
Springsteen - if he can convince the Streets of Philadelphia star to join
him in the studio.
The Hot In Herre hit maker is reportedly keen on the idea of working
with Springsteen, after his Over and Over duet with country star Tim
McGraw became a huge crossover hit in 2004.
Nelly's producer friend Jermaine Dupri tells MTV, "I think he's
doing a record with Bruce Springsteen. You know he always has to do one of
those!
"My two records (that I've produced for Nelly), he's gonna have
some people on them - I won't tell it yet. I don't want to jinx the
record."
