Brad Pitt & George Clooney Joke About Thelma and Louise Role  5/29/07

Brad Pitt beat pal and Ocean's Twelve cast mate George Clooney to the role of the sexy drifter in hit 'chick flick' Thelma & Louise.

Both stars, then struggling actors, were up for the role in the 1991 movie and the two friends admit they often laugh about the fact.

Clooney jokes, "I'm less angry than I was."

And Pitt recently told a U.S. news show Access Hollywood, "I think what was really going on is they were grooming him for Batman."
