British Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe is thrilled to be 16 at last, as he can finally get busy between the sheets.

Randy Radcliffe couldn't wait to leave boyhood behind when he hit 16 in July (05), but he is even more euphoric he can at last try his luck on the National Lottery.

He says, "I'd say it's a pretty big deal being 16 in England.
