Madonna Gets Ready to Tour Again  11/5/05

Madonna was so taken with her show-stealing performance at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Portugal on Thursday night (03NOV05) she's planning another tour.

The pop superstar stunned fans with a dazzling performance of her new single Hung Up at the awards show - and now she's thinking of hitting the road for a summer 2006 tour.

She tells music industry magazine Billboard, "I'm currently exploring the possibility. If I go on tour, it would be next summer, and it would be all out disco, with lots of disco balls.

"I would focus on dance music and the new record. I already did the older stuff on my Re-Invention tour."

Madonna is still a proven live draw - her 2004 Re-Invention tour grossed $125 million (GBP69.4 million).
