BURBANK, Calif. - November 7, 2005- In an interview with "Access Hollywood's" Shaun Robinson, actor Chris Klein talks about his former fiancée Katie Holmes' newfound religion of Scientology, saying that he hopes that she "doesn't have people in her life leading her astray from what she wants and what she believes." "I hope that she's making decisions that are making her happy and that she doesn't have people in her life leading her astray from what she wants and what she believes," said Klein when asked about Holmes recent foray into Scientology.

The actor also denies that Holmes' new fiancé Tom Cruise had anything to do with the demise of his and Holmes' engagement. "Her being with Tom has nothing to with her and I discontinuing our relationship," he said. "People move forward, people move on, it's what we do."
