Lindsay Lohan's Sister Fought to Vent Her Anger in Video  11/8/05

Lindsay Lohan's little sister ALI begged to be part of the pop star's harrowing new video Confessions of a Broken Heart in a bid to vent her anger about her father.

In the promo, the Lohan siblings play themselves trying to cope with their warring parents, played by actors, and in one scene they hide in their bedrooms as their folks argue violently.

The Lohan girls' mother, DINA, wasn't sure about letting her youngest daughter appear in the gritty video, which revisited so much family pain, but then Ali explained she needed to show her feelings for her jailed dad.

Dina says, "Michael was in and out of jail during my marriage, so it was really me on my own with my parents.

"Ali was really young but she wanted to tell her side because she was angry that he (father) did this and embarrassed her.

"All the kids at school would say, 'We just saw your dad on the news.' I mean, he never thought of that."
